how to delete a user account completely and let only be computer administrator(no account-default) ?
because in one of my user accounts microsoft office wont get opened and it looks completely new
i want my pc to be normal again without any user accounts

Are you talking about Windows XP?
If you are, you can delete all user's accounts through the 'Computer Management'. From the desktop, right click the 'My Computer' icon, and select 'Manage...'. From the "Computer Mangement" window that pops up, navigate to "Computer Management"->System Tools->Local User and Groups->Users. In the right pane, all the users accounts will show up. Right click the account you want to delete, and select "Delete".
This will allow you delete all data regarding this account.
