Windows Movie Maker?
Movie Maker won't let me add audio to my movie. Every time I try, the program 'Encounters an Error' and shuts itself down. How can I stop it doing this?

use mpgenc or dr divx, there is a good option for alternate audio

go to download.com and use a different software
reinstall windows(some registry might be corupted), use another software or change the file format because windows movie maker is a stupid software
