Building a computer, what Burn In / Test software is recommended?

I'm about to build my 4th PC tomorrow, but I have never really used Burn In programs, this is important because this PC is for my brother who lives in a different state and I would like the PC to be in absolute best/working state when he gets it.

What are some good freeware/pay programs that i can download to ensure the computer is stable, burn in progs, essential programs, etc.
