My pc cillin detected a trojan viruss at the se9vhost.exe file on windows, i cant cleanthe file..can I delete?

you should buy NORTON Anti-virus software and software auto delect for pc.or go microsoft and download window defender it also can remove and delect .

depends on the file best to quarantine if not sure, then after a couple weeks no problems delete

This is an ongoing prob with pc-cillin.I suggest uninstalling and go to the link below d/l avg free home edition run it and that should fix the prob.
