Paint Shop Pro? Too Big?

I downloaded this off lime wire and the file is humongous. Is it too big to download I have abot 42% of my hard drive left. I don't want to get boged down.

Have a look at gimp2.

Its very much like Photoshop but free to download and use. Its about 80megs download if i remember rightly, however it is an open source project, if you don't have the space get a Friend to download it and put it on disk.
