Yes, its an ascii character of which there are many. You will have to type ALT and the 3 USING THE NUMBERPAD not the KEYPAD.
Yes. ASCII I remember year 1987 well.. That's my first touch on PersonalComputers.. No windows. Just DOS. Man that was fun. I was 13 and I became a horrible nerd.
