40giga hard disk ,2partition ,768 mega ram ,how to share the ram in the Cdrive & Fdrive, i want speed?

i need to know the best way to the computer speedy one , with 768 mega ram installed , i am using a 32shared internet isp,slow one but i want to get best of it, please help me, thanks.

There is one important factor for speed, which you have missed. Your processor. Your hard disk capacity and RAM size are quite ok. And the part about "sharing RAM in c drive and F drive is unclear".
If you have a 32 kbps internet connection, then your present configuration is more than enough. There is nothing to improve.
